Luggage rack alternative for the MGB and MG Midget: boot-bag Original 50 L

The boot-bag Original is a waterproof luggage bag that fits onto the boot lid of your MGB and MG Midget. It sits on a soft non-slip mat that protects the paintwork and gives you 50 litres of extra space. Dimensions: 70 × 36 × 20 cm.

The boot-bag has two anchor points welded to its top face. An H-shaped strap harness hooks onto these, and the tensioning straps run from the harness. That keeps the bag completely waterproof and stops it shifting on the boot lid.

The fitting is universal: if the base of the bag fits on your car's boot lid, the bag fits. The straps pass around the boot lid and hook into the boot-bag's ladder-lock buckles. Once tightened they will not work loose and they will not shift.
