We only dispatch UK orders from our UK Milton Keynes based warehouse.
EU USA & ROW orders are shipped from our Dutch based operation. Tariff and custom check free to all 27 EU countries.
Orders are shipped the day after order if the order is received before 3pm on weekdays. We ship globally and have accounts with UPS and DHL.
In the UK & EU we use DHL. We ship on a next day service as standard for all boot-bags and luggage racks. Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is received. Your order can be tracked at https://ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery.
If you share your email and mobile/cell with us DHL will do the rest.
1. Pre delivery parcel notification with the option to amend the delivery on the morning of the delivery by email & text
2.Then an estimated one hour delivery notification on the morning of the delivery.
3.An optional ' You're next' when the driver if one delivery away.
All goods require a signature.
If you cannot receive the parcel we ask you to take control of your delivery using the change it option available in the manage my delivery section of DHL's website.

Returns, Refunds Warranty ?
Warranty & Faults Warranty covers faults that develop within the first 12 months of use. Warranties cover manufacturing faults but not damage caused by wear and tear. Please email Liza@boot-bag.com if you experience any issues with your boot-bag or any other product purchased via this website.
We operate a no quibble 14 day return policy from the date goods are received, if you purchase an item via our websites and return it to us unused and it is deemed not have been diminished, we will refund in full including the standard postage costs. Outside this period we deem the goods to have been accepted.
Return Postage We only refund postage on goods that are faulty, deemed to be in warranty by the manufacturer or if we send out the wrong item. If you change your mind about a product after receiving it, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within in 14 days of receipt but you as the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs.
Once received we will refund in full to your original payment method including the original standard postage costs.
