Shipping,Warranty & Returns

 

We operate warehouses in Milton Keynes UK & Rotterdam Netherlands. We typically use DHL whilst not cheapest they are in our experience the most reliable.

All EU orders are shipped from our Rotterdam base.

Swiss & Norwegian orders are shipped from our UK base

USA & Canadian orders are shipped from our UK base

  • USA / Canada Delivery Costs via DHL Air Standard 5-7 Days  $38 / C$51
  • USA / Canada Delivery Costs via DHL Express 3 Business Days $55 / C$139

 

 

 

Orders are shipped the day after order if the order is received before 3pm GMT Monday-Thursday. We ship globally and have accounts with UPS and DHL.

 

Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is received. Your order can be tracked online at every step.

If you share your email and mobile/cell with us DHL will do the rest.

1. Pre delivery parcel notification with the option to amend the delivery on the morning of the delivery by email & text

2.Then an estimated one hour delivery notification on the morning of the delivery.

3.An optional ' You're next' when the driver if one delivery away.

All goods require a signature.

If you cannot receive the parcel we ask you to take control of your delivery using the change it option available in the manage my delivery section of DHL's website.

 

We cannot ship to a PO BOX

Returns, Refunds Warranty ?

 

Warranty :

Warranty & Faults Warranty covers faults that develop within the first 12 months of use. Warranties cover manufacturing faults but not damage caused by wear and tear. Please email Liza@boot-bag.com if you experience any issues with your boot-bag or any other product purchased via this website.

We operate a no quibble 14 day return policy from the date goods are received, if you purchase an item via our websites and return it to us unused and it is deemed not have been diminished, we will refund in full including the standard postage costs. Outside this period we deem the goods to have been accepted.

During the 14 day period, the buyer must treat the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for the purpose of evaluating the nature, characteristics and efficacy of the product. The starting point is that the buyer can only handle and inspect the product in the same way that he would be allowed in a store.

 

Returns

 

Return Postage. We only refund postage on goods that are faulty, deemed to be in warranty by the manufacturer or if we send out the wrong item. If you change your mind about a product after receiving it, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within in 14 days of receipt but you as the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs to our warehouse in the UK. We will also charge a £6.95 check and re box fee

Once received we will refund in full to your original payment method less the original standard postage costs assuming the item is complete and in good condition.
