The Revo-Rack is a unique design of BMW Z4 G29 luggage rack that eliminates the risk of paint damage caused by steel clamps or straps on the edge of the trunk.
We have been manufacturing Revo-Rack since 2016 and have over 10,000 happy customers.
We manufacture the Revo-Rack frame from the same T5 aluminum and magnesium tube in two finishes: black powder coated or hand polished and anodized for a deep shine.
With the Revo-Rack Z4 G29 luggage rack, no metal touches your BMW only soft rubber vacuum cups that use atmospheric pressure to secure the rack to your car. These are not suction cups. Suction creates vacuum.
Revo-Rack uses three 120mm vacuum cups that physically pump the air out, using the grey buttons on the side of the cups to create a huge vacuum based securing force.
In 2015 Revo-Rack was independently tested by TUV Italy, a company in the global TUV testing and certification industry. Revo-Rack has undergone speed, braking and strength tests in accordance with the international standard ISO 11154:2006 for roof racks. Revo-Rack has passed all these tests. It is the only luggage rack for sale in the world certified to this level.
